Texas Rangers Bullpen: Another Move Coming?
The Rangers have been busy patching up their bullpen this offseason, but is it enough? Chris Young seems to think they need more. They’ve added some decent arms, but their bullpen ERA was bottom five last year. Simply replacing lost production isn't going to cut it.
So, what’s the next move? The luxury tax looms large, leaving them little wiggle room. Are they willing to make a trade to free up some cash? Jon Gray or Leody Taveras could be on the move, but is selling low the right strategy? Or maybe a trade for bullpen help directly, like the Garcia deal?
Yates and Robertson are still out there. Is a reunion in the cards? Perhaps a cheaper option like Finnegan could make sense. What do you think the Rangers should do? Who’s their best target? Is another external addition even necessary, or can internal development carry the load? Let’s hear your predictions!
