Is Dana Brown playing 4D chess or setting the Astros up for a downfall? Trading Tucker or Valdez seems insane given their talent and relatively reasonable salaries. Are the Astros truly that confident they can replace their production with prospects, or are they masking a salary dump disguised as a rebuild? I understand the desire to shake things up after a disappointing season, but this move feels risky. What kind of return would justify trading away a proven All-Star caliber player? Perhaps Brown sees something we dont and is betting on a dark horse prospect to explode onto the scene. Im skeptical, but willing to be proven wrong. What do you think – genius move or potential disaster? Which player are you more willing to part with and what would you demand in return? Is this the beginning of a new era in Houston, or a desperate attempt to recapture past glory?
