The Hot Stove is simmering, but some contenders are leaving us wanting more. Are these teams playing it cool or are they in trouble?

The Orioles' off-season moves have been…underwhelming. Is their front office playing it too safe with a young core that won't stay young forever? Are they missing a golden opportunity to make a real push?
